Mindfulness

Mindfulness comes from the wisdom traditions and it is not something we don't know already, but need to be reminded of. It is a "mental training", a shift in the way that we pay attention. Mindfulness is being fully present and pay attention to what we do in that moment. Not worrying about the past or the future and being non-judgmental. It is accepting life as it is, without wishing things were different. I have started leading mindfulness and meditation sessions in the headquarters of one of the largest banks in Canary Wharf last August and it's very well received. The employees find it extremely beneficial. My aim is to give support and help so people can find happiness and cope with everyday life.
